Made where your event is
Dubai merch is made in the UAE, Barcelona merch within the EU, São Paulo merch in Brazil. No import duties and no boxes stuck at customs. VAT is handled locally.

FAQ
Can you make merch for ICE Barcelona and iGB Affiliate?
Yes. We produce within the EU and deliver to your hotel in Barcelona. Brief us by mid-November, 10 December at the latest.
How far ahead should we order?
Four weeks for ready-made products, 5–6 weeks for custom items. Three weeks before the event is the last call.
Can you deliver to our booth?
We recommend your hotel. Booths are built the day before opening, and organisers often charge for storing parcels.
Do we pay customs?
No. Merch is made inside the event's country or customs zone. VAT is handled locally.
What is the minimum order?
€2,000 in any region, shipping excluded. Below that, branding and delivery make each item too expensive.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes: a digital mockup, a photo or video of the product, or a physical sample. Physical samples are quoted separately.
Can you cover several conferences?
Yes. One account manager plans the season, production happens in each event's country.
